Melody Logistics have 7 offices and Branches located in Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Can Tho (Mekong Delta area) and Ho Chi Minh. Due to business expansion needs, Melody Logistics recruit Sales Manager position.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform market research and analysis, develop and implement strategy, communicate company policy to sales team.
- Coach, lead and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental.
- Fulfill targets set for yourself and sales team as well as growth targets for volume and market share for Sales Department.
- Calculate and submit quotations and tenders efficiently and follow-up accordingly.
- Promote sales of ocean freight, air freight, consolidation, customs clearance and domestic logistics service.
- Building strong relationship with current & potential customers, attend customer’s inquiries.
- Increase awareness of Melody brand and capability in local market.
- Report to Binh Duong Branch Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of international and domestic freight forwarding and logistics.
